Monica is the CEO of Gordon Moody and joined the organisation in 2024. Committed to promoting the role of women and Black and Minority Ethnic individuals in leadership roles, she has chaired the Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisation’s national Black and Asian Leadership Special Interest Group and has also been involved in a national group addressing Governance in the Third Sector. She is a member of the Premier League’s Equality and Diversity Panel and sits on the board of the Players Foundation, formerly the Professional Footballers Association charity. Monica also joined the charity board of the Manchester United Foundation in 2023.
