A programme of technology-led presentations has been confirmed for the Consumer Protection Zone, a new high profile feature introduced to the show floor at this year's ICE London, (6-8 February, ExCeL London, UK).
Open to all ICE visitors, the presentations, taking place on Wednesday 7th and Thursday 8th, will feature sessions on self-exclusion schemes, player analytics, video gaming and eSports, neural profiling, mobile applications and customer interventions ? all with reference to advancing Responsible Gambling strategies. Organisations such as GamSTOP, LeoVegas, Neccton, Mr Green, BetBuddy, NeuralSolution, DigitalRG-Silverfish CSR, Paf, Sustainable Interaction, PlayRight, SlotGuru, Gamban, Senet, GBG and regulatory bodies from Spain, Denmark and the UK are scheduled to present at the inaugural event.
Tim Miller, Executive Director of GB Gambling Commission, who will provide a welcome address to the Consumer Protection Zone on Tuesday afternoon, commented: "Social responsibility and consumer protection are areas undergoing significant developments and are a key focus for the Commission.
