They can provide hire furniture of excellent quality. Concept have developed a large fleet of transport which is managed by well trained and experienced warehouse and delivery staff and employ a very successful sales team who will be more than happy to take your orders or deal with enquiries.

Fira Barcelona is the sole authorised provider of Internet and Connectivity Services, including Wi-Fi, across the exhibition halls. It is strictly prohibited to install or operate personal Wi-Fi or wireless devices that emit signals at the 2.4GHz or 5GHz frequency bands. To ensure the optimal experience for all attendees and exhibitors, Fira’s IT team reserves the right to identify and deactivate any unauthorised wireless networks. All exhibitors are required to comply with the ICE-IGBAffiliate_Wireless_Policy_Exception_Form.pdf

Fira Barcelona provides Wi-Fi services for exhibitors. If the services in the catalogue do not meet your needs, please contact Fira Barcelona by sending an e-mail to ice-igb.internet@firabarcelona.com before January 3rd, 2025.

If you require the installation of your own Wi-Fi network, special permission from the Organisers and the Venue is required, please, submit a formal request through the form ICE-IGBAffiliate_Wireless_Policy_Exception_Form.pdfand send it to ice-igb.internet@firabarcelona.com, for consideration.  Please be aware that a fee will be applicable upon approval.

For cabled services, a location floorplan is required, with the network cable positions marked. The floorplan must be submitted 15 days prior to the official build-up date. Modifications to the cable's location after the official build-up start date will  will be subject to availability and  incur a reinstallation cost of €85.60

Event Support Solutions (ESS) are the appointed partner responsible for inspecting all stand plans and ensuring all plans are submitted to the venue on time. ESS will also be onsite checking that stands are built according to the plans that have been submitted.

If an exhibitor wishes to hire the surveillance service or a security company other than that of Fira de Barcelona, they must provide the “Private surveillance in stands” form, duly completed, to the Division of Safety and Mobility at least 48 hours in advance. This form contains the regulations and conditions for the provision of this service.
