Kate joined Everi in 2021 as Chief Legal Officer, managing all Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources affairs for the Company. Prior to joining Everi as General Counsel in 2021, Kate spent almost two decades in private practice as a gaming attorney, most recently as Chair of the Gaming Practice Group at the law firm of Dickinson Wright PLLC. Kate is ranked in both Chambers and Best Lawyers in America, and she serves on the Executive Committee of the International Masters of Gaming Law. She is a graduate of Stanford University and Emory University School of Law.
