Plínio Lemos Jorge is a lawyer, president of the National Association of Games and Lotteries (ANJL), partner at the law firm Lemos Jorge Legal Consultancy, holds a master's degree in Tax Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), a PhD in Business Law from Universidade Nove de Julho, and is a former judge of the Tax and Fees Court of São Paulo.
