Sarah manages the regulatory compliance team in operational areas spanning Trading Compliance, Responsible Gambling, Internal Controls and Marketing Compliance in the evolving regulatory landscape for sports betting and iGaming in North America. Sarah has been with BetMGM for five years and has seen the company through nearly thirty launches of a variety of offerings including online mobile, retail sportsbook and on-premise mobile products. Her primary responsibilities include effectively communicating complicated and nuanced regulatory frameworks across the business to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Prior to BetMGM, Sarah served as Director of Corporate Affairs for the Northstar New Jersey Lottery Group where she was responsible for the coordination of corporate affairs, government relations, responsible gaming, corporate social responsibility, and community affairs.
