André advises national and foreign clients, especially in the innovation and technology sectors. His main areas of practice are corporate restructuring, financing transactions, joint ventures, open innovation and mergers and acquisitions. He leads the firm's interdisciplinary area dedicated to the gaming and betting sector, including the transactional, advisory and litigation fronts. He actively participated in the regulation of fixed-odds betting lotteries (bets), and currently represents some of the main operators, suppliers and associations in the segment. André holds a law degree from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), and an LL.M from the University of Chicago.
