As Global CEO of Neosurf, Andrea brings a deep understanding of the sector, honed through a career that has spanned major corporate roles and the dynamic world of fintech. Following Brexit, Andrea spearheaded the establishment of Safe-Voucher Ltd in the UK, now trading as Neosurf. In her role, she leads Neosurf’s global operations, shaping corporate strategy, managing senior leadership, and steering the company toward both short- and long-term goals. Known for her sharp strategic insight and people-first approach, Andrea has a talent for identifying top-tier leadership and fostering a customer-centric culture across the company. Andrea’s leadership style is built on nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders, as well as navigating the complexities of financial, regulatory, and competitive landscapes. Her focus remains on driving Neosurf's global growth, championing innovation, and solidifying the company’s position as a leader in the prepaid digital payment space. Her career began in retail with J Sainsbury’s Plc, before she moved into senior management roles at Esso, Cable & Wireless, and Xerox. She later became a Director of Pixology Plc under the chairmanship of Lord Young of Grantham. Andrea transitioned into the payments sector in 2007 as Commercial Director of Smart Voucher Ltd (trading as Ukash), one of the earliest EMI licensed businesses in the UK. In 2015, Andrea joined Neosurf, where she has since led its transformation into a global payment method. Andrea’s strategic vision, combined with her collaborative leadership style, has been key to Neosurf’s success. She believes in the power of collective wisdom and the value of knowledge-sharing to fuel innovation. Her dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience and leveraging data for informed decision-making is at the heart of Neosurf’s continued growth.
