Daniel Cecilio has over 42 years of experience in the gaming industry, starting as a table games dealer in June 1982. He assumed various roles in casino operations, employee training, and casino management. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and is currently the Head of PAGCOR’s Land-Based Operations - Licensing and Regulatory Group with three departments under his charge – Table Games Department, Slot Machine Department, and Gaming Licensing and Development Department.
