industry. He leads H2 Premium - the company's bespoke advisory service and has over
20+ years of senior experience in deeper-dive, high-level consulting to both
operator/supplier and government/regulator clients. David was originally involved in the
establishment of the UK National Lottery and has also presented on the sector at the
European Parliament. More recently, he co-authored 'An Optimum Betting Market’ - the
first-of-its-kind study to rank regulatory frameworks in 20 gambling jurisdictions
worldwide - plus led in-depth illegal (black and white) market analyses for H2 in Belgium,
