Dieter serves as the Intelligence and Investigations Manager within the Olympic Movement Unit on the Prevention of the Manipulation of Competitions. In this capacity, he oversees the collection and analysis of information and data, conducts risk assessments, and leads investigations into cases of competition manipulation.
Before joining the IOC, Dieter contributed to sports integrity efforts at INTERPOL, the International Police Cooperation Organisation. A Belgian national, he brings over a decade of experience in the sports integrity sector and has a robust background in international affairs, including engagements with the United Nations, European Union, and bilateral policy issues.
