Irina is the COO at Pragmatic Play, the leading game developer providing player-favourites to the most successful global brands in the iGaming industry.  Irina is responsible for overseeing the company’s rapid expansion across slots, live casino, sports, and bingo verticals. As part of the core leadership team, her remit extends across all areas of the company, driving strategy and executional excellence.
Her role at Pragmatic Play is informed by decades of industry experience on the B2C side, where she held numerous C-level positions with household names like Gamesys, now Bally’s. There, she successfully led the fastest growing division as CCO Asia.
Graduating from UCL & LSE with distinction, Irina holds a Bachelor of Economics and Master in Business Administration.  Irina has received numerous industry accolades, including featuring multiple times in the prestigious Gaming Intelligence Hot 50
