Jo Abergel is co-founder of the Ethical Gambling Forum, which challenges the gambling industry on the ethical dilemmas it faces in order to improve its reputation and sustainability. Jo has a background in HR and has worked in senior positions for an industry B2B operator. Through her training company, Rock Learning, Jo has spent the last 12 years training and coaching leadership teams across the gambling industry. She also co-founded the Count Me In DEIB Community, which aims to turn DEIB words into actions. As previous Chairperson of Childline Gibraltar and an ex-Youth worker, Jo has worked with young people affected by abuse, gender and identity issues and a wide range of mental health concerns.
