Karolina Pelc, labelled 'Top Startup Development Voice in 2023 by Linkedin', is the Founder and former CEO of BeyondPlay, a pioneering engagement software company featuring multiplayer technology and jackpot products. Since its founding in 2021, BeyondPlay secured over €7M in funding from leading VCs, family offices, and angel investors.

In February 2024, BeyondPlay was acquired by FanDuel, the #1 iGaming and sports betting brand in the USA, part of Flutter Entertainment, in what constituted one of the fastest sales of a company in the industry and in the wider context in recent years.

With over 20 years of experience in the global real-money gaming industry, Karolina has held leadership roles at LeoVegas Group (MGM), Betsson Group, and served as a consultant for SG Digital, William Hill, and Hard Rock Online, among others. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Nasdaq-listed Gaming Innovation Group.

Post-acquisition, Karolina is part of FanDuel's leadership team as a VP while actively mentoring founders,advising startups and investors and investing herself.

She has been featured on numerous prestigious lists and nominated for several awards, underscoring her influence and leadership in the gaming and tech industries. Highlights include attending the exclusive Leadership Summit on Richard Branson’s Necker Island, pitching on stage at TechCrunch Startup Battlefield, and recently being named one of the Top 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders in Gaming.
