Monica joined International gambling addiction charity Gordan Moody, in January 2024 as CEO. Previous to this, she was the CEO of the national mental health charity Kaleidoscope Plus Group (KPG). Under her leadership, KPG was awarded a place on the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For every year since 2015 and achieved Gold Investors in People accreditation.
She holds a number of non-executive roles in football including at Birmingham County Football Association, Manchester United Foundation and the Premier League’s Equality and Diversity Panel. She has also been nominated as Top 50 Most Influential Muslim in Europe 2024.
