Rob co-founded Pentasia – now part of The Conexus Group - in 2001 with business partner Bruce Gamble. He has diversified the Group’s services to include talent, training, consulting, M&A advisory and managed services. Rob is responsible for the strategic commercial direction of the Group and its overall operational structure worldwide.
