Born and raised in Venezuela, he moved to Spain in 2002 to study Audiovisual Communications, driven by a passion for media. After five years in Madrid’s TV production industry, he relocated to Germany in 2011 to start his career in sales. Currently, as Global Sales Director at Sportradar, he connects betting operators worldwide with innovative streaming solutions. A committed advocate, Sebastian is passionate about fostering an environment where all employees feel respected, valued, and included. Since 2022, he has led the employee resource group Sportradar Pride, promoting a positive and inclusive environment across the organization.
