Tony is Vice President and Principal Consultant for QLot Consulting, the world’s leading independent lottery consulting house and associate member of the WLA. With over 30 years of experience in the Lottery and Gaming Industry, he is an expert in the entire Lottery life-cycle process and involved in many governmental and industry assignments globally. One of his main areas of expertise is procurement and the relationship between Lotteries and the vendor community.

Prior to joining QLot in 2003, he was with Scientific Games filling different roles, ultimately being responsible for global Lottery systems and technology sales.

Tony holds a combined engineer’s degree in corporate organization and IT and has served in various top management functions. He is also a certified and qualified ISO 27001, WLA-SCS and WLA-RG Lead Auditor and contributes as an Expert member to the Austrian Standards Institute, working group 001.27 (Information Security) and group 001.18 (Data Protection and Privacy).
