How to Claim The Discount
Option 1: Get Your Tickets by Internet via www.renfe.com
- Open the PDF "How To Guide"
- Choose Your Train: Select your preferred train option from the available fare types: Básico, Elige, Elige Confort, or Prémium.
- Select the Discount: In the fare dropdown menu, choose the Congresses/Events fare option.
- Enter the Authorization Number: Input the authorisation number 052501610 in the Authorisation number field (note: this is not the discount code field).
- Enjoy Your Discount: A 10% discount will be automatically applied to your ticket fare.
Option 2: Present your discount voucher at any Renfe ticket office (railway stations or travel agencies).
What To Do Before You Travel (important)
- Whether printed or as a PDF on your mobile, the voucher must be shown along with your ticket at both check-in and to the conductor.
Conditions
- Changes of trains are not allowed, except when a change is mandatory.
- For full conditions, please refer to the General Conditions for Passenger Transport Contracts via the Renfe website.
- Cannot be combined with any other commercial offers.
Validity Period
The discount is valid for travel during the week of 18 January to 24 January 2025, making it convenient for your journey to and from the event.
